almost two weeks..

hey I have been on my diet for two weeks and things have started to pay off i have lost 6lbs so far i just hope that i can keep it up i would love to be a nice weight by summer. I have also been doing tae bo it kicks your ass but it is fun too well good luck all

This food journal is really helping me see how many calories that i eat in a day. i had like 1500 yesterday and I was trying to cut backĀ  well i did eat out yesterday i was soo hungry. better luck today.

first day

i am really having trouble getting motivated. I know i need to go to the gym but i always have a reason not to. I have started going to the gym many times and i always quit like a couple weeks into it. I would like to fit back in to my size 3 pants and wear a bikini without worrying about my stomach. I hope this somehow helps me.
